What data we collect and why
Contact form enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data about pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Analytics data is only collected if you accept cookies when visiting our site. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR).
How long we keep your data
Contact form enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are retained for 6 months, after which they are deleted.
Where an enquiry leads to an ongoing client relationship, we retain relevant contact and correspondence data for 6 years from the end of that relationship, in line with the Limitation Act 1980.
Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with GA4 default settings: user and event data for 2 months, aggregated reporting data for 14 months.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party services to operate our website, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:
Resend - used to deliver contact form submissions to us by email. Resend processes data in accordance with their Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of their standard terms of service. For more information, see resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager - used to collect anonymised website usage data, only when you have accepted cookies. Google processes this data in accordance with their terms of service. For more information, see policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

We do not charge for responding to requests in most circumstances. Where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse to act on the request, in accordance with Article 12(5) UK GDPR.
